I understand that: the itinerary of each event may alter as a result of unavoidable circumstances and that a similar itinerary will be substituted if at all possible; if I make a cancellation more than four weeks prior to the event, 80 percent of the deposit will be refunded; if I make a cancellation between four weeks and two weeks prior to the event, 50 percent of the deposit will be refunded; I'll settle the balance two weeks prior to the event otherwise I'll forfeit my deposit and still have to pay the balance; and that if Aubrey Maturin Events cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstance it will return all the money it has received but will not be liable to any other costs I may have incurred.
